We make the numbersmake sense.

Northvale started in 2008 with two CPAs and one belief: owners deserve an accountant who explains, not just files.

Built for owners, not for billable hours.

Most accounting firms are built around the hours they bill. We built ours around the questions owners actually ask: Can I afford to hire? How much should I set aside for taxes? Why is there less cash than profit?

Today 40 CPAs, bookkeepers and advisors work as one team for more than 400 businesses in 30 states — on fixed monthly fees, with one accountant who knows each client by name.

What we stand for.

Four principles shape how we hire, how we work with clients and how we price.

Clarity

Plain-English reports and answers. If we can’t explain it simply, we haven’t done our job.

Accountability

Deadlines in writing, a named owner on every task and no surprise invoices. Ever.

Proactivity

We flag issues before they become problems, and we call with ideas — not just with invoices.

Discretion

Your numbers stay private, with encrypted document sharing and strict access controls.

Eighteen years of steady growth.

We grew by referral, one owner at a time. A few of the moments that shaped the firm.
